Christmas Cheer

Christmas Eve is finally here, and I’m one holly jolly, Christmas-loving elf today.  Every year Eric and I switch off where we spend Christmas and Thanksgiving: one holiday in California, and one in Louisiana.  This year, it’s a California Christmas with my soon-to-be West Coast family, and as an added bonus, my parents are here too.  I’m so excited to spend the next couple of days surrounded by so much family, fun, and food.  (God help me, this whole “shedding for the wedding” thing isn’t going very well.  Perhaps I’ll start over after the holidays…)  Today I’m sharing a few photos from a recent trip to Tanaka Farms, and if you’ve been following along on Instagram, you’ll probably notice that I’m obsessed with this James Jeans coat lately.  Obsessed.  It’s the perfect weight for the chilly days we’ve had lately, and I love the easy sleeves.  Plus, it leaves a little extra room for those inevitable Christmas cookies that I can never resist.  ‘Tis the season, right?!  Merry Christmas, y’all!
