So the girls’ trip to Mexico that I’ve been yammering on about over on Instagram about is finally less than a week away, and I’ve been scooping up all of the resort-ready vacation finds that I can get my hands on. I found this adorable little peasant top recently at Bloomingdale’s and thought it would be so cute with denim cut-offs and sandals while south of the border, but because patience has never really been my thing and because our weather this past weekend was beyond beautiful, I had to take it on a little test-spin.
Paired with the beat-up boyfriend jeans that have been going strong since last summer, it was the perfect little top for Sunday afternoon margaritas and tacos with Eric and a couple of friends. And now for a crazy week ahead, tying up loose ends in the house, packing for Mexico, and getting ready to move back into the house right when I get back. Nothing like piling everything up at once, right? (Yes, I am aware that I’m insane.) Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start!
