Pretty Summer Pieces from Walmart

I’m probably going to sound like a broken record here, but these just might be my favorite fashion finds from Walmart yet. If you’re picky with fabrics like I am, then you’ve probably decided there’s linen and then there’s good linen. And the dress above is the good linen. The thick kind that doesn’t get insanely wrinkled every single time you move. (Listen, I know that wrinkles in linen are normal, but sometimes things just start looking way too crumpled.) The cut of this dress is also just so good for summer.

Dog Days of Summer at Walmart

Not trying to jump the gun here or anything, but we’ve had two days of sunshine in SoCal this week, and I’m thinking summer just might have finally arrived. And well, we are ready for it. We recently did a little backyard refresh with new outdoor furniture from Walmart (these swivel gliders are SO nice), and we obviously couldn’t forget about the furry family members.

My dogs are obsessed with this indoor/outdoor bed, and I love that the cover is easily machine-washable. We swear by these leashes, and I’ll definitely be grabbing some of these calming treats to get ready for July 4th fireworks. From the best selection of dog beds to adorable accessories and toys they’ll love, Walmart has everything you need to keep those tails wagging all summer long.

5 Cozy Holiday Looks from Walmart

I can’t even believe it, but Christmas Day is officially ten days away. Less than two weeks! And while my holiday shopping list is not yet done, at least I’ll be stress-free when it comes to getting dressed. From holiday travel to dinner parties to cozy couch hangs at home, Walmart seriously has easy, comfy pieces for every occasion. The knit set above seriously feels so luxe, and I can’t recommend the sweater dress below more. (Thinking I may need to snag the red version too.) Also don’t sleep on the Free Assembly denim – this pair fits and feels like a way more expensive pair.

Happy Thanksgiving week, friends! Eric and I are in Louisiana for the week with my family, and when I’m home for the holidays, there are always two things I can count on: rain and stretch pants. We checked the rain off the list yesterday (and most likely again tomorrow and Friday), and as for the stretch pants, these faux leather leggings from Walmart have been the BEST. They look and feel exactly like a more expensive pair that I own. They’re high rise, stay put, and have just the right about of sheen.

I had been looking for a new tunic-length sweater to wear with leggings, and this one is GOOD. It’s super soft, just the right length, and is just so comfy. It’s currently on sale for $20 for Black Friday, so I went ahead and snagged a couple more. If you’re on the hunt for a new sweater or two, I’m telling you, you have to check out the selection at Walmart right now.

New Favorite Spring Finds from Walmart

OK, friends, it’s been a minute, but my latest Walmart order came in, and (I’ve said this before but…) this one may be my favorite one yet. Literally almost everything I ordered worked out like I hoped, but here are some of my favorites from the bunch.

These linen blend green pants (above) – I had high hopes for these linen pants, and they were even better than I hoped. Online, they look like they’re a cropped length, but in person, they’re definitely a longer length which I prefer. Super comfy with pockets and an elastic high waist, these also come in black, and I’m pretty tempted to order those too. (The bodysuit that I paired with them is sold out but now comes in a tank version that’s around $10 and so GOOD.)
These wide leg cropped jeans (below) – OK, these were a total surprise. I have been needing to order a new pair of denim (in a smaller size, yippee!), but I didn’t really want to commit to a higher-priced pair while I’m still working on some sort of fitness journey. So I ordered these to try and holy moly I am thrilled. The fabric feels like an expensive pair, the fit is super comfy, and I really love the wash. Oh, and they’re under $30. These also come in a couple different washes as well as white denim which I will be ordering in my size for sure.
These white denim shorts (below) – I’m pretty sure I had this same pair of shorts last year in ivory, and I wore the crap out of them. So when I saw them in stark white this year, it was a no-brainer. I go up a size or two in these because that’s just how I like to wear denim shorts.
Multi-band slides (below) – These are SO cute and look just like a more expensive pair that I’ve seen everywhere this year. When I got them in, I thought maybe they’d be too narrow on my feet, but they’re actually super comfy and flattering on. These come in four colors – the black ones are probably my faves, but I already have black sandals that are similar – and are currently on sale for $12. I do love the blush pink and mint green options for spring and summer.

Dressing for the Holidays with Walmart

The holidays are here, friends, and while I don’t have any fancy pants plans as of yet, I’ve got my fancy pants ready just in case. We’re talking faux leather and sequins and some hot pink faux fur just waiting in the wings. These faux leather cropped pants are so versatile for dressing up or down, and while this hot pink sweater and faux fur coat duo is quite the statement, I think there’s no better time than now to have a little fun with fashion. (Side note – Walmart seriously has ALL the best coats right now. Check out this leopard pretty and this faux sherpa stunner.)

If a little sparkle is more your speed, then look no further than these sequin joggers because they’re just as pretty and fun as they are comfy. (A satin stretch waistband means no stabbing sequins ruining your holiday vibe.) I paired them with a favorite Free Assembly sweater that I own in two colors (worn tucked under into my bra) for a look that’s party-ready or perfectly fine for barefoot hosting at home.

Turkey week is here, friends, and here’s hoping you’re spending it with the people you love. Eric and I made it to Louisiana last night to spend a few days with my family getting overfed and mostly just relaxing. My suitcase is crammed tight with ALL the loungewear (specifically these joggers and this sweatshirt – the BEST) and cozy kicks, so bring on the stuffing.

If you’re looking for something comfy and cozy and a bit more polished than sweats this holiday, then there’s still time to grab these pieces from Walmart. Sweater vests are suddenly everywhere this season, and for under $20, this one is such a great find. Pair it with a layering turtleneck and skinnies for an effortless look that’s Thanksgiving-ready. Fall Favorites from Free Assembly at Walmart

Sweata weatha, friends. And while I’m pleased as pie to surround myself with all the cozy knits, I’m just as excited to get back into denim-wearing days. I used to be mainly a dress gal, but these days, give me a relaxed pair of jeans and a comfy sweater and I’m one happy camper. And recently, I found so many jeans and sweaters to love from Free Assembly at Walmart.

Y’all, if you haven’t checked out the Free Assembly line yet, I’m telling you, it’s a must. It’s filled with quality, well-made pieces that you’ll be grabbing for over and over again. The collared sweater above could not be softer, and it’s just one of those pieces that goes with pretty much anything. (I sized up for a looser fit…and then I bought it in black too.) The denim above is right on trend and comparable quality to any designer pair I’ve tried. Seriously, if you like a good non-stretch 90’s pair, give these a try.

As for the comfy combo below, I’m 100% here for the jogger style of denim this season, and this easy pair comes in three great washes. Wear them with a sweater, or dress them down with a basic sweatshirt and sneakers. And while we’re on the subject of dressing down, don’t sleep on Free Assembly’s activewear. These leggings paired with this tunic sweatshirt (worn this week on my Instagram stories) look so expensive in person. I’m also mildly obsessed these perfect joggers and just may be posted up in them the entire holiday season.
