Happy Friday Eve to some of my favorite people! Today’s post has me supa-dupa excited because I’m talking designer handbags for less. I started this blog a little over five years ago (WHOA!) with a love of all things fashion and beauty and a super love of any and all accessories. What can I say, I’m a total sucker for shoes and jewels. And scarves and hats. And bags, definitely bags. I also started with a total love of affordable fashion and feel like I’m on a personal treasure hunt whenever I find something I love for a steal. That love of style steals hasn’t changed over the last five years and I still love affordable fashion, but these days I also love the occasional splurge in the form of a killer handbag. Surprisingly, maybe, it all started with Eric, the guy who just can’t understand why one person could ever need so many pairs of shoes.
Eric’s philosophy on so many things in life is to do it right once and then don’t do it again for a very long time. He’s got this philosophy with our home remodel as well. Sure, we could cut some corners and save here and there on materials, or we could spend the little bit extra and have something that will last us that much longer. (And trust me, after you’ve been remodeling for about four or five months, having things that last seriously starts to make sense in your head.) So the notion goes for my personal style as well. I can constantly be on the search for the next cheap thrill (cue Sia), or I can invest in one piece that will look great and stand the test of time. (There’s a reason that tons of designer handbags tend to keep their value for years and years.) That said, I’m certainly not opposed to finding designer handbags for less – what am I, crazy? So today I’m rounding up a few favorite drool-worthy bags that are classic yet perfectly on trend and on sale or reduced from their original tags. They’re not cheap by any means, but if you’re on the hunt for great designer handbags for less, you’ve found ’em here, girl. And in case anyone is trying to get me an early birthday gift, I’ll take number 7 or 12, please! (Will someone please past this post along to my husband?)
