Yesterday kicked off the start of New York Fashion Week, and I must say, my first day did not disappoint. After a couple of cancelled flights, I finally made it to New York on a red-eye and hit the ground running. I started off the afternoon with a Jay Godfrey presentation and have now decided that too much leather is never enough. And sequins. Gotta have more sequins. I then headed to Desigual to take in prints and more prints and also to check out Candice Swanepoel strutting. Pretty girl, that one. I ended the day with the adorable and hilarious Now + Zen girls and the Desigual after-party. Not to shabby for the very first day of my very first fashion week! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of my trip. Happy Friday, everyone!
