A Night at the W

Perhaps I’m easily amused, but sometimes there’s nothing better than spending way too much time browsing a drugstore beauty aisle for a few new makeup bag additions.  Come on, if you’ve never found yourself roaming through a drugstore beauty department on a lazy Sunday carrying a cheapie polish, a random lipgloss, two magazines, and a fresh tube of L’Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black (my go-to for years), then you haven’t lived.  (No?  Just me?  Get real, girl.)  This post comes as both a full admission to my drugstore makeup addiction and an invite to fun girls’ night out event with Walgreens.

On Thursday, July 25th, head to your local Walgreens between 4 and 9 pm to chat with trained beauty advisers, pick up a few free samples, and score a couple of deals on L’Oreal products.  (Go on, admit it – you could use a little summer beauty refresher.)  And since you’re heading out on a Thursday night, you might as well get dressed up, invite a few girlfriends, and finish off the night with dinner and drinks, no?  And while you’re at it, share your favorite summer beauty looks on Twitter with the hashtag #headturninglooks for a chance to win goodies from Walgreens and L’Oreal Paris.  Can’t wait to hear about your “Night at the W” and your sweet new beauty finds.
