This week I decided to check out the Nike US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, and I wanted an easy look that could take me from the beach to happy hour with a friend.  I scooped up these neon lace track-style shorts a couple of months ago from Urban Outfitters, and they've been in constant rotation since.  The bright yellow mini shorts paired with a bold blue clutch brightened up a favorite Bob Marley tee and a perfectly broken-in denim vest.  Classic leather sandals and mixed silver and neon jewelry completed the comfortable look.
