Rounding out the week today with a few outfit pictures from Day 1 of Lucky FABB.  I randomly ordered this Target jumpsuit without really thinking when I'd wear it, and after trying on my entire closet in preparation for last week's conference, it was a clear favorite.  Denim jackets have never really been my thing, but this one just seemed right when paired with a retro jumpsuit.  The final touches: a bag big enough for the essentials (AKA every electronic device I own and not a single charger), seriously comfortable wedges (always a win when you can still walk in heels/wedges at the end of the day), aviators and layered jewelry.  It was a rough week rejoining the real world after Lucky FABB, but here's hoping everyone has an amazing weekend!

P.S. - And speaking of dead electronics, how amazing is this Everpurse?  Seriously chic AND it charges your phone.  Genius.

So I'm starting my Lucky FABB recap in reverse because I'm still gathering pictures from Day 1.  Day 2 was definitely a bit more relaxed: Pitchfest was done, and I was free to check out some of the brand experiences (including the Tacori photo area), hang out with a few favorite fellow bloggers (and the lovely Maria from True Religion, above) and take in the breakout sessions to make my blog the best it can be.  Overall it was an amazing two days, and the ending is always so bittersweet.  After Modcloth cocktails wrapped the conference, it was so hard to say goodbye to some of the amazing women that I got to meet.  It took every ounce of me not to throw myself into a full-blown temper tantrum, yelling and screaming "I won't go!"  Or maybe I did do that.  Just a little.  With a few key partners in crime.  You know who you are.  Hope everyone is feeling inspired this week.

After an amazing two days at Lucky FABB (Lucky Magazine's Fashion and Beauty Blogger Conference) and a relaxing weekend fishing in the mountains, it's so good to be home.  I'm busy getting my head back on straight and my inbox in order, but above are a few favorite Instagram snaps from my time at Lucky FABB.  Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Last Thursday night I was so excited to host a styling event at H&M along with Lucky Magazine and Rachel of That's Chic, and I'm finally getting around to sharing a few images from the event.  I had an amazing time meeting some fabulous readers and helping them out with a few fall styling tips.  My entire outfit (minus the shoes) is from (where else?) H&M, and I'm pretty obsessed with the pieces.  Because I have a long torso, I love a good dropwaist look, so this embellished-sleeve sweater over a flirty lace skirt fit the bill perfectly.  And the necklace, well, no brainer.  Thanks so much to everyone who came out to the Beverly Center last week (and to everyone following along on Instagram and Twitter), and I hope you guys had as much fun as I did.
xoxo

P.S. - You can still check out all of the #HMLuckyPicks here!

Tomorrow night (Thursday, October 25th) is the H&M Styling Event that I'm hosting along with Rachel of That's Chic, and I'd love to see all of my Los Angeles readers there!  Need a little incentive?  The first ten readers who sign up for a styling consultation with me will receive a $50 gift card to shop.  Plus, enjoy a Hair Braiding Bar, a Red Lip Mini-Makeover Station, and 20% off your entire purchase when you mention My Style Diaries at checkout.  So grab your friends for a fun shopping event, and come check out our Lucky Picks (along with H&M's entire drool-worthy fall collection).  See you there!
xoxo

P.S. - If you don't live in the LA area, you can still join the conversation tomorrow night by following @LuckyMagazine, @HMUSA and @mystylediaries on Twitter and Instagram.  Look for the hashtag #HMLuckyPicks.
